I started one of these before, but because of other personal wants, I couldn't get what you guys recommended for me: the Space Marine battleforce.

Now, in a week or so, I am coming into about $70, but I don't know if I want to spend it all. I won't be able to game over the summer, so I don't really want to get the battleforce until my birthday this fall, so even though I know a tac. squad is the obvious selection, I don't really think that is what I want to get next, unless someone can really convince me to get it other then gaming wise.

This is what I have so far

HQ:
Terminator Librarian
Captain Sicarius
2 captains
Chaplain

Elite:
dread
terminators

Troops:
Tac squad w/rhino
scout squad

fast attack:
assault squad
scout biker

Heavy Support:
vindicator

What you guys think I should get next?
Thanks for the replies.

I say another tac squad. You should have one troops choice for every 500 points in your army as a general rule of thumb. Are your scouts 5 men or 10 men? If they're only 5, bump them up to 10. That and a tac squad should be around the $60 mark.

Tac squad most deffinatly, if you want to wait on that another heavy support like a pread or something.

The scout and assault squads are 5 man each. I kinda want to get the Tac. squad, but since I won't be able to play them all summer, that is why I am thinking of getting something special while I have money now, and then get the battleforce to bolster my army when I get the money later.

Predator seemed cool, and I was also thinking of more Terminators.

Terminators make me smile, mainly when they epicly fail in combat with my Orks

Assault Terminators are my worst problem, lighnting claws and thunder hammers send Orky parts flying everywhere.

If your looking to counter smashy armies those are ur guys

The armies I would be looking at playing:
Maybe orks (though would only be in small games)
Blood Angels (primary force I would be playing against)
maybe nids,
Tau (also play them a lot)

Guilty.

And yeah if you're playing blood angels Assault Terminators will rip right through them like a knife through butter but be sure to have one more storm shield/hammer guy than lightning claws so that you can take a save even if he hits you with an ap1 weapon.
