In seriousness, I think it's a dead tie between Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. The first game was much harder (I still choke things in anger at the Clayton fight) but had a much better story with a seriously bittersweet ending. (Emphasis on the bitter) The second game, however, had better gameplay and was a lot more fun to play.
