As long as everything is WYSIWYG and legal for the codex you're using, you can pretty much do whatever you want.

Although a number of people/tournaments wont like you painting as one famous chapter and playing as another, e.g. no using your dark angels with the space wolves rules.

Interceptor Drones can disembark at any point during the Sun Shark's move (even though models cannot normally disembark from Zooming Flyers).
