Hey guys, I've just come to bring news of a Forum that has been set up as a resource and discussion point for those of us who enjoy 40k costuming.

Here's the hyperlink: http://z6.invisionfree.com/Obscurus_Crusade

obviously it's an invisionfree forum, however, there is a serious ammount of information here, more than I've been able to dig up myself over the years of casual searching.

as far as I can tell, it's run by Komissar, who you may have seen pictures of from SDCC 2009. He was there with his girlfriend, who was wearing an epic awesome Canoness costume, braziers and all. Check it out.

Well, I was posting it here, as I'm sure there are some people who frequent this forum who would like to know where they could find some resources for warhammer costuming.

it seems the mods haven't deleted or locked the topic yet however, which means they either A, havent seen it, or B think it's benign, especially since it doesn't in any way compete with Dakka.

But yeah, there are pepakura files over there as well for SM costumes, which i figure people might also be interested in.

Eh, who cares. it might be a good resource for people. I suggest not locking up mods.

Alot of cool stuff. People can definitely go in alot of different directions with this game.

I'd like to see a nice gallery of completed costumes and weapons/equipment without having to go through each thread, but other than that... good stuff.

A gamer I am. Game I must.

Its not right this thread was closed.

Forum is all costume related so it seems cool.

Had a quick squiz. Found this link on the site. Want to see what a WIP Dreadnaught costume looks like?

He's got a thread on it here, too. He stopped updating it with pictures until it's complete, though. It seems that a few people kept harassing him for more pictures and giving him crap because they didn't think he was working on it fast enough.
