Doing good with some speed painting tips picked up from various Dakka articles (thanks to you all!) But need a little guidance with painting teeth:
The basic boyz teeth in the model kinda blend/bleed into the mouth (in terms of their texture/outlines)
Is there an easier way to paint the teeth (or is it just super thin brush, tooth by tooth?)

Thanks for any tips!

I'd paint the whole inside mouth/teeth a scorched brown. Then tooth-by-tooth snakebite. Then tooth-by-tooth bleached bone. Leave the scorched brown inbetween and the teeth will pop and give the face more character.

Good luck and post some pics of your Orks.

Just as Khornholio stated then use a wash of Badab Black on the mouth which will darken the mouth can give some seperation between the teeth.
