Another pair of questions i came up with recently:
1. Does the CS allow rerolls for orders?
2. Can it be used from inside a vehicle?
My guesses:
1. Yes, it's a morale test.
2. Yes, codex says any unit within 12", so it works like the KFF does?

1. No, it's not a Morale test, it's a standard Leadership test. Voxes allow order rerolls tho.
2. Yes, measure from the hull.

1) No, it's a Ld test, not a Morale test
2) Yes, for the same reason why KFFs work and the Doom can Nom on units inside Transports.

As far as I'm aware it says "Any leadership test" and the command counts as a leadership test. Also they can be used in a chimera.
