Subject: Help me identify this Noise Marine - IDENTIFIED

I got this old Noise Marine from eBay recently because I hadn't seen one like him and he was cheap. I don't have any arms for him, but that doesn't worry me too much, arms can be got.
What's puzzling me is that I can't find any reference to him online. I've never seen another Noise Marine with this pipe organ backpack which as you can see is quite substantial and my searching here on Dakka has come up without any results to help me out. He's unpainted and I still have to pick some old paint out of a few of the details, but that's a job for a bit later.
So, can anyone enlighten me about him? I'm curious as to what arms he should have. I doubt I can get another backpack like the one he has so I may end up taking a cast of it (I know, very naughty) to use on my Hot Rod Hearse since it would look much better than what I built and would be a perfect fit.

He's the Noise Marine Champion with a Doom Siren on his back...nothing much about him other than that IIRC.
The below poster has it.
IMO, it would work better as a NM Champion as Lords don't get Doom Sirens anymore.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

i have this guy with a plasma gun and power sword all painted up. He's the emperor children's lord indeed. i still have the blister pack and thats what it says on it haha.
i always used him as a champion though
