Name is John and I live in the Arlington/Mansfield area. I'm looking for a local group to meet up with and game 40k on a weekly basis or so. I have one guy now I play with and we are looking to get some more people to game with. I just started playing but he has been playing for a while, we both play space marines (I play Blood Angels and he plays Dark Angels). Anyway if your interested in joining our group or have room in yours let me know.

You can try hobbytown USA in plano. They seem to have a solid group out there. Frisco also has a couple of nice spots.

Area 51 in Grapevine every Friday night. They stay open late for their gamers (I've left their at 2 AM before) and you can get games as early as 3 in the afternoon if you want. Frequent tourneys as well. Does the guy you play with also have Necrons or Eldar?

its a great little gaming community, nice and clean and the usual crowd is pretty nice

Hobbytown USA, Plano (Dallas North Tollway & , NE corner)
The Gamer's Realm (On Preston, just north of Coit. 2nd level in small strip center at the base of 2 office towers)

I haven't played at either of these, but have heard good things.
But yeah, Adeptus North Texas (linked in previous post) has all the DFW area gaming places linked, though not all actually have websites.
Gamer's Realm does open gaming Thursday nights, and it runs pretty late from what I hear. IIRC, the guy at Hobbytown Dallas told me the owner of TGR used to write fluff for GW codecies.

My buddy and I play every week on Friday nights at my place. We have 2 tables setup that are 8x4 and work great. Currently we have 2 other guys that join us from time to time, if anyone else is interested in joining send me a message. We are looking to get a campaign going in the next month or so.

Open Gaming Wednesday nights @ Hobbytown USA Plano, and all day Saturday if no tourney's are planned. TGR is nice as well, but their tables sort of suck. They are relatively new, so they put in good boards yet. Haven't been to Area 51 yet, but my FLGS regulars (HT USA P) say good things.
