Hello all. This is my first post here, and I happy that I can use it to announce the new MERCS minis KemVar figures!

We've already had some great reviews on these guys! Featured in “On the Table - 14 Feb 2010”; “Meeples and Miniatures” Sci-Fi & Fantasy Incoming! – Episode XIX, and “This Week in Wargaming” Episode AT-7 (2/16/10).

Ken Whitehurst of This Week in Wargaming says of the new KemVar MERCS, “These sculpts are unbelievable. This new faction, the KemVar are absolutely stunning. Every single one of these characters; their poses are extremely dynamic. They have just outdone themselves again.”

Check out the links below to hear the reviews of these figures, sculpted by Tom Mason.

WOW! I'm completely in love with these.

I'm thinking the Leader or the Assassin would make an incredible Marbo.

So, what does the future hold for this series? I'd love to see each class in multiple poses. I'd love to build an IG unit, or even army, when the models get there.

Thats a heck of a concept, and some great figures.

Wouldn't mind a couple of squads.

Who's distributing these guys, and when are they going to become available?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

Indeed, those are great looking. Let me also second the who else is going to be carrying these question.

I love the pose on the sniper. It looks sleek and as if he's only in that position for a moment before popping off a shot. Vindicare...?

I hope the Troopers eventually will come in an acceptable variety of poses. Miniatures look amazing with large groups of common 'grunts'.

I've never really liked the aesthetic of holding a knife in the "goofy-grip". The Assassin looks silly.

Somewhere in south-central England.

I have a couple of the Yellowjacket figures.

It's great to see a whole squad released in one go.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
