Ok, from what i understand a squad of chosen cannot infiltrate while in a transport, but they can Outflank, right? Nor can they Infiltrate whiel grouped with an IC.

If they are in a transport with a IC, can they still outflank?

No, Unless the IC has Scouts or Infiltrate.

I remember reading somewhere that ICs can confer their special rules (ie Fearless) on units they join. Woudl this work in this case?

If i had an IC with Scout or Infiltrate adn teamed them with a squad of normal marines, coudl the marines then scout or infiltrate too?

Nothing like that happens unless it says they do. Just read the USR section of the rulebook.

Actually fearless IC's who join non-fearless units lose fearless. Non-fearless IC's who join fearless units gain fearless. Read the USR's and they'll tell you what can be used by IC's that join a unit with a USR.

No, Unless the IC has Scouts or Infiltrate.

Just to clarify, the issue here is, unless the IC has the same special rules as the squad when it comes to Scouts and Infiltrate, the IC joining will cause the squad to lose the special rules, and thus the dedicated transport will no longer be eligible to outflank.
