**Task and Purpose**

These used to be rubber and nice and flexable. Now they are Resin...ugh. Does anyone know where I can match the old rubber stuff? Id like my detachment to look the same as well as be able to swap weapons. Thanks.

Okay, that’s why my cables don’t fit into my vulcan mega bolter then? I did think they used to be rubber

When making my Warhound, the cables would not bend or shape even after an hour in boiling water. This may be a batch problem but they're a bugger to get into the correct position anyway.

If you want the weapons to be interchangeable, then it's best to simply leave the cables off, theyre very hard to shape, and no-one will ever notice that they're not there (I've had no-one notice it so far anyway).

I managed to fit them on my plasma blast gun but could not get them to fit on the bolter due to position.

How do make the weapons interchangeable?

Agreed. Positioning the resin cables is tedious.
That`s why I just used aquarium rubber cables instead. Simples.

I hadn’t thought of that, not a bad idea. Shame they don’t have same detailing on them I wonder if there’s anything else you can use?

This sucks Ill check here at a model airplain store and see if I get any leads. I was hoping someone here had the answer.

Check at model railroad stores, too. They might not have much in the way of cables, but you never know.

You could use Lego tubes
