So it comes to this, the Baal makes no sense to recut as a separate Preadator. It just doesnt have enough extra and GW hasnt been keen on keeping separate vehicles for chapters...in fact they are more restricive in the case of SW. Everyone would by the Baal for the free bits, similarly to buying a Vindicator to get the extra armour and bits. You can just ebay what you dont need or convert/magnetize. Bla bla bla.

My idea I had was to recut the Razorback to add Baal pieces and to allow for the ASSCAN turret. Would still fit the niche and allow for a sprue for the Baal/RazASSCAN/LasPlas to be added. Pretty simple really. Its a good idea so it probably wont happen but i was wondering what the Dakka community thinks of the chances of this happening are. I was thinking 20% ??? Higher than a Tantalus model...wink wink.

I said elsewhere that I expect an "upgrade sprue" similar to the Ravenwing sprue that the DA got. This would contain the Baal and Furioso bits as well as any other vehicle bits needed such as doors/hatches and icons to slap onto the sides of Rhinos and such.

Separately would be a "vet" sprue which likely would contain all you need to make that Death Company you so eagerly want to model as well as upgrade bits to make your commanders, chaplains, librarians, and basic BA troops.
