Is a stomp attack from one of the daemon lords an attack as a gargantuan creature only or do you also factor in the special weapon rules?

As in does a stomp attack from get double wounds from the blade of decay?
Does each 6 from An'ggrath attacks cause additional attacks?
Can the soul eater sword be combined with a stomp attack to ignore invulnerable saves?

I would say no, as the stomp attack is a special attack only.
