The Daemonhunters Codex states that Henchmen may carry an Inquisitor's Wargear for him: to what model do you make measurements to when deciding the range of certain Wargear's effects? Do you measure to the Inquisitor who has been upgraded with it, or to the Henchman actually carrying the Wargear?

yup. the choice of modelling the wargear on the henchemn is simply a modelling choice. he doesn't lose the stuff if the henchmen are killed IIRC. having people carry your *stuff* is the kind of perks those who can kill worlds on a whim are accustomed to!

I think they should just get duplicates .
