At the top of page 88 in the Chaos codex it says:

A psyker may only attempt to use one psychic power per turn. The only exeption to this is a model with the mark of Tzeench, which can attempt to use up to two psychic powers per player turn (but not two powers that both counts as firing a weapon, as models can only fire one weapon per shooting phase).

Don't this mean that DP;s can use two shooting psychic powers because the DP is a monstous creature?

This would be good in so many ways if it worked

As long as they're Tzeentch-marked, it should work fine.

A Hive Tyrant can't use 2 psychic powers in a turn, so it doesn't matter how many shooting attacks it can use.

Monstrous creatures can fire twice.
Only one psychic powers can be used each turn barring some special provision.

Hive Tyrants have no provision for using more than one psychic power in a turn, although as monstrous creatures they can fire twice in a turn (two weapons or one weapon + psychic power).

Daemon Princes have a provision to use two psychic powers in a turn (Mark of Tzeentch) and the ability to fire twice in a turn (two weapons or one weapon + psychic power or two psychic powers).

Is that clear for you?

I could have sworn the mark of tzeentch only let you Choose an extra psychic power to use with the psykers that take it. not Use an additional one every turn.

I don't have a CSM or Daemons codex so I can't check, and I've only played against CSM and Daemons once.

The eye of terror.

The mark of Tzeentch lets you use two psychic powers, and being a monstrous creature lets you fire two *different* weapons. As long as you're not using the same psychic shooting power twice, you can fire two of them with a Tzeentch-marked DP.

The Sorcerer Army List entry says that models with the Mark of Tzeentch can take two Psychic powers.
The Psychic Power rules on page 88 say that a model with the Mark of Tzeentch can use two powers in a turn.

Having a Familiar grants you an extra power without the ability to cast any extra in a turn.

They are still limited to 1 Power per turn, unless, as you say, they have the MoT. So yes, an MC with the MoT can fire Two DIFFERENT Psychic shooting powers each turn.

Tzeentch princes can.
MOT gives them the abylity to use 2 powers.
MC can fire 2 shooting attacks.

Therefore, they can use 2 psy powers that count as shooting attacks.

It's important to note, as I mentioned earlier, that they must be different powers.

Do you not own a copy of the rulebook? It's a rather obvious portion of the single page Psychic section.

ONly if they are shooting powers, if they are not they may be used twice a turn.

Well, we are discussing psychic shooting attacks, but this is a good point.

The restriction is not in the psychic power section of the rulebook, but in the monstrous creature section. You are given permission to fire two weapons, but not the same weapon twice.

Actually, it's in the Psychic section as well...
