Dont have access to a rulebook for a few days and something is bugging me, can anyone clarify it for me please.

When infantry with heavy weapons shoot from vehicles vision slits, can they do so even if the vehicle has moved? Also from open topped vehicles can all heavy weapons be shot from a moving vehicle, or does it depend on the speed it moves?

Just to point out, it's not our problem you don't have a rulebook.

In any case, No. If the vehicle moves, at all, the unit inside counts as moving.
Of course if the models are relentless, they can move and fire heavy weapons.
Models inside any vehicle can only fire if the vehicle moves combat speed. Any further and models inside cannot fire at all.

In addition all models that CAN fire from an open topped vehicle may do so, this number is not altered by the speed the vehicle goes at until you get to above COmbat speed, when no passengers may fire.
