How many spirit compains can the shaman bring during an encounter. It says you can dismiss them as a minor but never says a limit(that i can see) on how many you can call.

I can see the pros and cons of if you can have as many as you want. One would be blocking movement for unfriendly monsters but if you have like 10 out there and they all get killed thats really gonna hurt.

This is silly! Buttons are not how one escapes dungeons! I would smash the button and rain beatings liberally down on the wizard for playing such a trick!

The rules seem to allow the summoning of multiples, but all the descriptions of the spirit companion point towards a singular companion. I'd reccomend against getting into a RaW pissing match with your DM.
