Ive heard that the 13th company used the old Space Wolf colors. But what are these colors are they Dark gray, gray, and black (I believe thats what they are but not sure) did the 13th company use any other colors? And does anyone know what their symbol was before they were etched off the stone to become a giant black circle.

The Eye of terror codex showed 13th company in codex grey armour (although the fluff I have read describes it as dark grey) and the symbol as a howling red wolf's head on a white crescent moon on a black background. The symbols were available on a transfer sheet that came with the 13th company box sets released back then. They must be floating around the interweb somewhere. I have not seen them shown using other colours but have seen them done with chaos marine parts and pads to represent salvaged equipment and these parts are often left in their "original" colours.

The grey is lighter than what you have. If you have the 5th Ed full rulebook, there's a picture on the Space marine page that shows the pre-heresy colors rather well.
The grey, when painted, is about a Fortress Grey, if you're using the Citadel colors.

"From the fires of Betrayal unto the blood of revenge we bring the name of Lorgar, the Bearer of the Word, the favored Son of Chaos, all praise be given to him. From those that would not heed we offer praise to those who do, that they might turn their gaze our way and gift us with the Boon of Pain, to turn the Galaxy red with the blood, and feed the hunger of the Gods."

Also don't forget that the 13th Company have been in the Eye of Terror for centuries without the full support of Iron Priests to maintain their gear. This means that they have lots of armour segments taken from Chaos Marines, a greave here, a shoulder pad their, so there is the potential to put in the odd segment of armour in the colour of a Chaos legion or warband. You can kind of make it out in this pic:
