Only in the new SM and SW codex. In the older Codexes this may not be possible.

Correct
BT (currently) can only take MM/ HF or AC/ HB
Plus our Typhoon is S5 AP5, Blast
Codex Marines have Frag/Krak in a Typhoon
Oh, and we don't have the Storm Option at all

Yeah but you get to take Land Raider Crusaders as Troop Transports can can fit something like 14 of them into a Standard FoC, so quityerbitchin!

Yeah but you can get Terminators with Furious Charge and ARMY WIDE Preferred Enemy for essentially Free, so NAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!  And you can assault out of them just fine, you just can't have moved the LRC first
