I am upgrading my 600 point Space Wolves army to 1500, so heres what I have so far. Definitley keeping Ragnar and 15 blood claws. Other than that , any suggestions welcome.

For friendly games, so extra 5 points won't matter.

I think this list could be a lot of fun to play. Your lack of more troops choices is worrying but bringing a LRC in a 1500 point game is strong enough that you shouldn't have to worry too much. But if I was going to change anything, I would find a way to get more troops in the list, especially since the standard SW is so much better than a standard SM.

Agreed. A single Drop pod isn't effective. Either use more drop pods or none at all. Interesting choice with the long fangs, I like it. I'd find some points to throw in a power fist into the grey hunters

And Wolf Standards

Wolf Standards are a great 1 time item .IMHO Mark of the Wulfin is the best d6 attacks, rending.

I have an extra 48 points (extra cyberwolves) What about I spend it on a power fist in the grey hunters, a wolf standard in the grey hunters. I think that taking a rhino would be a bad idea, seen as I mainly play objectives, and I always have the choice to bring it in on any turn I want. Obviously the dice roll would effect that, but I can hope I get lucky.

I could drop the dreadnought for another troops choice, but i'm not sure on that one.

I'd Pair up your special Weapons(blood claws shouldn't be carrying rapid fire anyways)

If you play mainly objective missions ditch the wolves for a second grey hunters squad.

I'm reluctantly dropping the wolves (I love the concept), but I have no room for pods. If i'm playing objectives, there's bound to be an objective within reach of my first move, so whats the point?

Of all the upgrades/equipment, The Mark of the Wulfen Is the best. No humble opinion here. d6 + 1 attacks, rending. I did some serious killing last night with my "marked" wolves.
