Okay I was just fooling around with Army builder, thinking whats the worst thing I would want to see across the table at ArdBoyz. This is what I came up with.
HQ
Chaos Lord, twin lighting claws, MoK

Okay so thats 121 marines on the table, 18 heavy weapons, 21 special weapons, 81 bolters, 121 bolt pistols, 120 ccw and a pair of lighting claws.
Okay Yes I know this army would get ripped to shredds. On the other hand 121 marines can take some time to kill. I have a good amount of firepower and the numbers to spred that firepower around. With the potental of popping 9 light/medium veicals, and still having guys left to shoot bail outers with. My biggest concern is deployment. How the hell do I put all these guys in one little table corner? hahaha

Honestly I think you'd be a lot better off with special weapons only on the troops. Stopping to shoot a heavy weapon is just asking to lose a huge amount of troops before ever getting into cc range.

Your set up alone would kill half your game play. I just dont see this list that big of a deal as a stronger SM builds will just walk over this list. Anything that gets into your lines is going to hurt and hurt badly.

While you have some fire power, its all meh. You cant hurt dreads if they cc you, you wont be able to stop tank shocks from taking your objectives, and a single unit of meganobz will walk through every unit you have.
The list only works if you play people with less skill than you, who cant figure out how to kill that much MEQ. Strong tourney lists/players will take whatever they want from MEQ walking around with no support, even in mass numbers.

Sorry man, but this isn't really the worst thing at all.
Chaos lord isn't that brilliant. Daemon princes are far superior.
Even though they can infiltrate, chosen do not have transports. They'll die early on. Outflank can work well, if you get the rolls right. Just with foot slog you might not get in melta range so early as you think.
CSM have flamers, not very good for camping or foot sloggging as short ranged. A plasma gun would have been a better choice as it has range.
Havocs? Oblits are better? I would take 3 x 3 obliterators.

If you are going to use Havocs like that then I would suggest consolidating your heavy weapons into different squads. Two 4x autocannon squads and a 4x missile launcher squad works better for target priority purposes.
You might want to find a way to turn those flamers into meltaguns so that your regular CSMs don't spend the entire game punching a walker in the shins.
Bunkering down and shooting the crap out of the enemy only really works if you are shooting better than him. This list is probably great at killing foot slogging orks or fighty tyranids and the like, but you don't have anything in the army that can reliably deal with AV 13 or higher. That and you are basically required to be in cover for this list to work, so even if you do find a table edge with 10 pieces of decent cover on it your opponent is going to know exactly where your units are going to be deployed before you even start putting your manz on the table.

I dunno... I like it.. It has the ability to kill anything it faces.. And it uses the theory of I throw more dice than you therefore I should kill more than you. I'd probably drop the flamers. Just for more long range killing power but I get why they are there. I've played guard armies like this and they are beast! So in the hands of a csm that more death.
