[Meks Wagon]
The Mek never leaves his Wagon, giving me the ability to continue doling out S9 attacks to other vehicles. I have 2 mobs of 18 instead of one so Ghazghkull has somewhere to go if his wagon gets immobilized or destroyed. The Buggies are there to screen off people that would assault the wagons or trukks, dole out S8 shots, and to funnel my opponent places. I built the list for my FLGS upcoming 2500 point tournament, I expect to see 1/3 of the players be bugs so while I want to be able to tackle bugs I do not want my list tailored against them. Manz are meant as a bully unit and as a Mass Anti-vehicle push. It takes 48 S4 or 4+ poison attacks to kill a Manz... So I can beat horde units by grinding them down.

These could be easy kills and with the last ard boys, the might turn out to be worth even more kp.
If nobody talking about your list, then I would say its a solid build.

Thanks for the response... It is difficult to equate a lack of response with a good list.
Any suggestions for filling in those 210 points with something that fits the list.
I was hoping that the list would be a big enough distraction that my opponent would not bother wasting time on the 6 buggies... especially if they are obscured due to vehicles blocking LOS or KFF.
What do you think?

Those meganobz aren't too hot. They have no invulnerable save and in trukks as well, pop the trukk and they're rolling 2D6 each time to move. They can take battlewagons so pop them in those instead.

They have to draw LOS, and with the Battlewagons blocking LOS, it is difficult. After the initial 18" movement, I have only ~18" left to the other board edge. Ghazghkull allows 6" for a run and I get 6" for assault... that leaves 6" left to be rolled on 2d6... I only need about a 5 to hit someone on the back end.

High speed vehicles won't have a issue with LOS, really. My point is whether LOS or not trukks are still weak and once hit those meganobz are foot slogging. Your just giving figures by hoping you'll make it to the end of the table, more than likely those trukks won't, at least some of them anyway.

you don't get 6" for assault you get 2d6 choose the highest.

How many people deposit targets on the back 3".... PS: sorry if I was not clear on the 2d6 pick highest... I just assumed we all knew that... is there a shorter way of writing 2d6 pick highest? 2d6PH perhaps? SBP perhaps? Hypothetical arguments are fine as long as they happen in games... I can respect having the initiative getting stolen from me as that happens 1/6 of the time. I can respect losing the Die roll as that happens 1/2 of the time. I also noted that the trukk can be taken out, I have personally taken this into account... that is why I am running 3 trukks full of Meganobz... The KFF does not change the trukk into something indestructible, just makes it harder to crack than a regular trukk... I also recognize that Meganobz do not move fast during the movement phase... but if I waaagh I will get 6" run, SBP, SBP after my first turn, I do not need to go that far... chances are the 13" (average of 1d6 = 3.5) will be just fine. Invulnerable saves are only needed to be taken if I throw the meganobz against power weapons... Luckily I can avoid them with the Nobz and hit units with power weapons with my boyz. But things like Ragnar and the hero squad.... I just avoid... I hope people do not read my above comments as angry responses, just responding to the criticism, in fact I appreciate the criticism because it forces me to think "what if this happens?"

I think it's beautiful!! All those Mega Nobz in trukks, I'd love to have them but they're so expensive!!!
I prefer 15 burnas with burna mek to the lootas. Even TH/SS Termies die to that.
Wonderful list. When do you plan to use it?

What about replacing the buggies with Snikrot + kommandos to make your opponent hesitant to hug his own table edge.

If Snikrot had Rending or Power Weapons, it would but point for point... if your opponent realizes that Snikrot's lads are not that tough even when they have the assault, you land in some deep trouble.
Besides the Buggies give you the following...
Roadblock, your opponent has to destroy the buggies to pass
Last minute Contestant, Buggies are able to go flat out on the last turn an contest an objective
MEQ hunter, I have 24" range (same as a bolter) but I hit 5/9 of the time and wound 5/6 of the time, multiply that by 3 and you have the ability to whittle down tactical squads that split into two
MC hunter, as stated above, you can wound T6 on a 2+ and negate most of their saves...
Light Vehicle Hunter, going 12" then firing 24" gives you a large range and the ability to reliably hit side armor (often a point less) so I like to imagine the buggies as effectively S9 against anything that is not built like a LR
Transport popper, having AV 11 is not going to stop me from getting to your guys inside, only force me to hit something while having a chance to end up stunning the crew.
