It would help if this list was better formatted but I will try to read it, and reformat it for you.

CCS: I can see what you are doing here they are to sit and give orders. I would suggest a Master of Ordnance added in for all that sit and fire goodness(and you have the leftover points)

Vet Squad: Naked Grenadiers is kind of a waste; with their BS4 and shiney new 4+ save they should at least be carrying Plasma guns, or Sniper rifles(and their Stealth ability will help greatly in their anti-infantry role)

PCS; and Platoons: Sniper rifles are not nearly as good in the hads of a basic guardsman as they are in the hands of a Veteran(BS4, 3 guns/squad) or Ratlings(also BS4 and cheaper snipers); I would recomend Grenade launchers or Maybe, just maybe Plasma guns(though they are better held by carapace armored troops). Autocannons are just fine.

Heavy Weapons squad: nearly 1/5th of your total army can be destroyed by a single Shuri-Cannon or assault cannon; this is not good. The only Heavy weapons squad that is really worth it's points is a mortar squad, because the mortar squad can hide out of LOS and lob death to everything in 48".

Well I have yet to read the new rulebook because I am just coming back to 40k... more painting of models I have than anything else. Have they change the sniper rifle rules from always hitting on a 2+ and wounding on a 4+? And that is a good point about the assualt cannon. But with most Imperial guard isn't the best armor save you can get a 4+?

Snipers now hit on BS, and wound on a 4+ (w/Rending).

The best save is a 4+, and its rarly worth buying that.
Leave the anti-tank to melta-mech vets, or to your own armour (Vendetta, Medusa w/BBS, Manticore, Vanquisher w/Pask)

Snipers on line inf. are a bad idea, leave it to the Ratlings.
As above, Vets NEED to take special weapons.

Yes I have been looking at aranging the list. Snipers hitting on a 4+ does hinder my plans. I will now have to look at redoing this list but he is wha tI have come up with:

CCS - 50
PCS - Sniper, AC - 50
2x PIS - Sniper, AC - 130
PHWT - 3 ML - 90
PCS - Sniper, AC - 50
2x PIS - Sniper, AC - 130

After reviewing some of the points Kel made I am considering adding some armor but just unsure how I want to add that in. I reallize that my army can be taken out by bolters but at the same time those bolters need to get within range. And the sniper rifles in theory if I remeber right cause pinning too? Which would slow them from gettting closer and if I moved two of the snipers from a PCS to the CCS they would hit on a 3+.

And I would like to thank you gentlemen for your help.

Yeah, thats a lot better - however, NEVER by the LC for the Valk, and always go for the MRP before anything else, as they are defensive weapons

So taking into consideration Black Antelope comment here is what I am consider:

CCS - 3 Snipers, Vox-caster, Master of Ordance - 100
Vets - 3 Meltaguns - 100
PCS - Vox-caster, GL, AC - 50
2x PIS - Vox-caster, GL, AC - 140
Valkrie - Hellsrike Missiles, SSHB, ML - 110

Would it be worth re-arranging for a Mortar team squad? Put a Mortar team in the Command squad? And what are the advantages of Bolt pistols vs Laspistols?

The vox's will not be much good, as there is very little good for orders on line squads, and that +1las shot is not worth the cost of the voxes.

Drop all the vox casters and the Valk's HB, and get MRP. The Hellstrike is worse than useless (a one shot krak missile that prevents me shooting anything else? ), and the MRP allow 12" of movement a turn (to deliver melta vets) and sinergies well with the ML for anti-horde.
