Thanks for all your comments. Here's an updated version of the list which I'm convinced will do better then the previous.

HQ:

Deamon Prince with wings and Warptime 155pts

Troops:

10 Chaos Space Marines with 2 plasma guns, Aspiring Champion with power fist, Chaos Rino 255pts

10 Chaos Space Marines with 2 flamers, Aspiring Champion with power fist, Chaos Rino 235pts

10 Chaos Space Marines with 2 melta guns, Aspiring Champion with power fist, Chaos Rino 245pts

Heavy Suport:

Chaos Predator with twin-linked lascannon and pintle-mounted twin-linked bolter 110pts

Total: 1000pts

Tactics: Not too complicated, Deamon Prince deep-strike or rush and then harras enemy support while the rest of the army get stuck in.

Why not get berzerkers if you are going to get MoK?
I'd suggest either doing that or dropping the MoK's on the marine squads completely.
I'm also not a big fan of combi-plasma or combi-flamer.
With the points saved you might be able to get another small marine squad which you can use as a static firebase.

I don't wan't berserkers(i hate painting light red!), but i could consider droping the MoK on the marines. Not sure what to replace them with though, what useful could i get for a 120pts?

You can paint berzerkers any colour you like, not just red. One guy painted the forgeworld bloodthirster white and grey and it looks amasing.

There isnt really any point having MoK on a demon prince. Warptime does so much of a better job at killing stuff for not many more points.
