Do you have to roll for each model under the blast template or just once for all of them for hit and same question for wound.

Every model under the marker after scatter is hit, no need to roll to hit. Placing the blast and rolling scatter replaces the usual roll to hit. After finding out how many hits have been scored, roll to wound that many times against the unit's toughness. The opposing player then allocates wounds and rolls saving throws as necessary.

After scatter, determine how many models are hit. Once you do, you roll to wound for each those models.So for example, if 5 are hit, you roll 5 dice to wound. You do not need to roll to hit a 2nd time.
