who else thinks the cover of the BA codex looks TERRIBLE! look at the gunline, where is the assautlt? i would make it a bunch of assault marines attacking something mid charge and maybe some death company. and look at the commander he looks awkward and the art just looks really bad to me.

HORRIBLE!!! They should of at least made the front line of marines getting charged or charged by some orks or something, just to show that they're assulty! The commander just looks...ewwww i mean does he really have to hold a cup in the middle of a battle? Seriously the only cool thing about the whole cover is the flying blokes in the background, the rest is just EPIC FAIL!!!

I would have rather JUST had that corner shot. I dont mind the grail but his fabio hair? and his disproportionate body? and a GUNLINE?

It reminds a bit of cover art from like 10 years ago. The only thing that is really horrible in that picture is that guy holding the cup. If they would've switched the focal point to the winged golden guy, or even the standard bearer in the background, it would've been ace.

The way he's holding that chalice...it's a party foul waiting to happen.

Good to know that poor composition and colour theory can land you illo work. It gives me hope for landing a job.
