in the new book for the warrior entry, the book says:
"the entire unit may exchange its scything talons//devourers for:..."

now someone in my group thinks that this means you can mix and match wargear in the entire unit; for example having 2 with devourers and 1 with a deathspitter and 1 with spinefists (or whatever mixture one might want)
however, it makes most sense to me that all the warriors must be the same (except the one that can take a barbed strangler//venom cannon//etc...)
so far he is the only person ive seen who interprets the entry like that, and some other people ive asked say that they must be the same...

so im wondering if theres been a ruling on this, or how other people have been playing it

The 'entire unit' means the entire unit. They all make the same swap at the same time, and are compelled to do so if possible.

The ENTIRE unit swaps - not sure how it can be more explicit than that.
