i dont know where to post this, but for a week i have been trying to sort a problem out with an order i placed that didint go through but still charged me, sent paypal transaction id and everything and to no avail have still received no response. Has anyone ever had a problem with them?

Have you tried just calling them? Your post reads that you've only tried to contact them through email. For any type of problem that involves money, an actual phone call goes a long way to resolving things. Email is usually too much of a hassle to resolve issues that include paypal transactions, credit card/bank transactions, etc...
