They're not just known, they're extremely well respected. Well, they're extremely capable actors who appear in a lot of great movies, but will also appear in genre crap for the cash, so this could still go both ways.

“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”

Adam Smith, who must have been some kind of leftie or something.

Roger that. I really hope it's a success, it's about time they made the leap!

Does anyone know if there's a full trailer out anywhere yet?

In all honesty, I am a bit apprehensive about this movie. They did not pick a simple subject for people to appreciate; Space Marines. They are over-the-top hyper-macho characters, it will be very easy for them to alienate audiences and/or be poorly portrayed. I think it would have been easier if they started out with a movie about Inquisitors or Guardsmen. Then it would have been easy to do a "human" movie, basically an action sci-fi mystery or World War II style sci-fi action movie.

Just because anyone agrees with anyone, doesn't mean they are correct. Beware the thin line between what is "Correct" and what is "Popular."

It's an over-the-top hyper-macho universe. Space marines really are the core feature of the setting, around which everything else sits. I mean, I don't play marines and wouldn't, and I prefer reading about the xenos mostly, but the xenos only really make sense in a setting dominated by marines.
