Ok, so I might have been jaded by the previous dawn of war games, and I might have gotten the wrong impression from the trailer for the game, but how the heck do you play through the campaign with anyone but the marines... is it even possible? Are the other races only accesable through multiplayer?

It's a marine only campaign. Other races are accessible only through multiplayer, as you said. Mainly because DoW2 left what DC and Soulstorm had with the Risk-style gameboard, going back to a more linear campaign (Albeit with some interesting deviations).

Well, they're all pretty much the same, but some chapters are really unique compared to vanilla. Wolves, for example, and apparently new Blood Angels (Though to be fair, that's in codex form, not in game form).

Then why does everyone get upset if people use the new blood angels codex for their other named chapter? Because there is a difference. Also I dislike blood Ravens. Probably as much as you dislike marines.

I would probably buy chaos rising if I could customize the campaign chapter.
