This is Modern Warfare 2 footage from the PC version edited into a short film. As someone who's done film editing, I think this is brilliant pacing and structure.
Not for the weak-hearted, though, if you don't know what "No Russian" means in reference to MW2.
That's one cool montage, it mostly does away entirely with the computer game feel of the movement and camera angles, one of the biggest factors in determining if something looks fake or not.
