I'm mostly intrigued by eButcher, but that's because I have Fenris and two units of
Doom Reavers as it is. If I want to run the eButcher all I have to do is buy the third
unit and the unit attachments then I have a Mad Dogs of War theme force at tier 4.

On turn one, he is guaranteed to have the focus to cast Boundless Charge three
times. My standard warjacks are the Juggernaut and the Kodiak (I also have a Spriggan
and the Destroyer). So run the Doom Reavers and then use them as charge targets
to get eButcher and his battlegroup 9" closer than they were before at the very start
of the game.

the eButch tier list does look very interesting. i also like the price drop for spriggans in the irusk tier.

I'm very dissapointed by the Vlads, I find the Karchev lists ok, but it bothers me you have to take greylords. The butcher lists are both more than decent and the doom reaver theme in the epic version is very fitting. The sorscha lists seem odd to me, but there's great potential. The Irusk lists are pretty good. I really like the Strakhov list, though. Enough for me to want to buy 20-30 assault kommandos and 6-9 flamethrowers.

Karchev was a Member of the Grey Lords. Fluff and all that...

Doesn't Zerkova's tier also revolve around Doom Reavers? It strikes me that you could make two very different tier lists based around eButcher, Zerkova and Doom Reavers.

I don't actually own the book but I had a look through it the other day.

Hers is Greylords and Doom Reavers, I believe. Free UA but not the same as unlimited UAs
in eButchers.

I imagine the core of your lists, multiple units of Doomreavers and Warjacks, would be the same. Just a change of caster and a few solos and such would make for an army that plays considerably differently.

I believe eButcher's tier 4 requires jacks without ranged attacks. Zerkova has no such restriction on hers, so I would make sure to grab at least one Destroyer.

And since I'm eyeing Zerkova's tier list, maybe malfred and I can do Zerkova T4 v. eButcher T4 and see who can mulch the other's army first.

Guess I'll have to get to the store first when the Greylord Escort drops and
snatch them all up then, hmm?

im ctually quite interested in Epic Vlad's Tier. his Tier 4 is something i might try out. looking at this type of list:

eVlad
-Drago
-Wardog
3 uhlans
3 uhlans
10 IFP w/ UA
Markov
Great Bears

works out well in my mind, and would look nice on the table.

eVlad's Theme force is dirty.

Two units of Uhlans and (which one is it) advance move or advance deploy great bears?

it looks promising. i need to pick up a second unit of uhlans and markov, but it might be a good project list for the summer.
