I'd generally skip veterans as they are a lot of points for one unit if you want to make them usable. What type of army do you want? Play style? A fast/assault army for them would be an assault squad and 2 ravenwing squads with 3 tactical squads.

Have to take tactical squads as there are no other troop types. Unless you do a ravenwing army or a deathwing army. I'm not too sure about how good a ravenwing army is, but a deathwing one can be fun. As long as the enemy doesn't plan ahead and take a lot of ap2.

Um, but generally. 3 tactical squads. Interrogator Chaplain with jump pack. 1 squad of 10 assault marines. 1 squad of 6 ravenwing bikers with 2 meltas and an attack bike with a melta. That's my basic small point game army.

Assault terminators need a land raider to make it to combat. Belial is nice for the terminators as troops. Fun to put terminators on an objective to hold it. Interrogator chaplain is the best hq they have for the generic ones. Extra wound and such. Fearless for the terminators is not to be over rated, it comes into play every game. Your anti tank will generally be melta bombs on the hq and assault sgt along with the ravenwing with meltas/multi meltas. Multi melta dread in drop pod good anti tank.
