Do Inqusitorial force weapons follow the rule in the main rulebook or those in the codex?
I know that the codex takes preccedance but its a big difference in rules
(causeing ID or just outright killing a model regardless of anything)

"Praise Be To The Omissiah!"

"Three things make the Empire great: Faith, Steel and Gunpowder!"

Azarath Metrion Zinthos

Expect my posts to have a bazillion edits. I miss out letters, words, sometimes even entire sentences in my points and posts.

Come at me Heretic.

Those in their codex, so they ignore Eternal Warrior.

Ok thanks
I't seemed a big gap so i asked

"Praise Be To The Omissiah!"

"Three things make the Empire great: Faith, Steel and Gunpowder!"

Its because of the funny wording. In the demonhunter codex for force weapon it says "Is slain outright" and in the BBB for force weapon it says "Suffers instant death" and the Eternal warrior rule says "Ignores instant death."

Its a loop hole in wording but is legit.

Yes, the Inquisitors (and GKGM) have different Force Weapons. Their troops also have crappier vehicles and wargear than in newer books, usually at higher prices.

It isnt a loophole: it is how *all* force weapons used to work, and DH got the first version hence theirs was written in their codex - not in the BRB as it was in 4th.
