How are wraithlord generally used how do use them and whether or not in general you think there good.

i use BL and WS and 2 flamers and just keep waling with some gurdians and warlock

In my experience, they are best used as fire-support with a minor counter-attack role.

While they don't have many attacks, they can scare the pants off of non-eternal-warrior ICs, and can do a good job of tarpitting units that don't have str 8 CC attacks.

However, once they run into something like nob bikers, daemonettes, harlequins, lysander, etc, something with a lot of high str or rending attacks, they just fall down dead.

With the new nid book adding mass amounts of poisoned attacks, that is a great weakness as well.
