I've gotten the hobbyist form of writers block. I'm in the midst of painting my Ultramarine scouts and its come time to paint their camo cloaks.



Right now they're done in a 1:1 mix Adeptus Battlegrey, Chaos Black. I have no idea where to go from here... any suggestions? Thanks.

what i did is paint blobs of dark angels green. then i painted smaller blobs of chaos black, then an even smaller blob of bleached bone. You could really do this with any colors you want to though. Any three colors would do and you could do an urban scheme or maybe a winter one. Any way good luck!

Maybe a dark green mottled with blacks or browns? By the way- they're beauties so far.
