It presumably works one of three ways:

A) Each model has it and can use it individually, as in the power's description it refers to the whole sqaud as having it (absurd from a balance perspective).

B) Each model (technically) has it, but the whole unit must use it simultaneously, regardless of the rule that each model moves as an individual unit.

C) As the Exarch is the model that purchases the warrior power, it is the only model in the unit that can use it.

Additionally and more generally, would models (in this case seperate units) deploying via deepstrike come in individually, as it's done in the movement phase?

The idea of all this Deep Striking, via Skyleap or otherwise, got me to thinking of several nasty possibilities involving Swooping Hawk grenade packs, though with no unit coherency large blasts seem fairly less impactful. Now that I think of it this seems like a potential issue for many of the warrior powers.

Thoughts?

What is the RAW?
The Exarch IIRC gives his squad the abilities, but once they are all individual models, they are no longer in the same squad.

So...it would seem it only works for him.

I thought Kill Team prevented voluntary deepstrike? By extension something that would cause you to voluntarily deepstrike.../shrug, sadly haven't memorized the battlemissions yet

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

RAW only the exarch actually has Skyleap, and "The exarch and his squadlaunch high into the sky...blah blah blah" this is not an ability that is granted to the whole unit, just one that the "Unit" with the exarch can gain from. It is much like a Painboy or apothecary granting their unit FNP, doesn't work in kill teams.

Only those exarch powers that grant USRs are given to the squad as a whole when the power is purchased the rest are Exarch-driven or only powers

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.
