Do they respond to email? I wanted to ask them something about getting replacement bitz for a type I wave serpent that I'm missing a few pieces. I did email them, but its been a week with no response. Any ideas? Suggestions?

In case anyone is curious, the energy prow on one serpent crumbled, and I knocked the tips off the energy generator gems (3 are fine, but the other 3.. I'm so sorry i was so hasty in cleaning the flash off them)

As in the 2000ish era kit? There's a small chance you may be SOL if the molds are done in.

But, as I've said in every other thread about this:

Do not email them if it's a time sensitive issue or important. Call them. In fact, don't email them unless they initiate the email conversation. Call them, always.

Be polite and have the issue ready to explain calmly and they'll get you squared away ASAP.

Yeah, everyone always reports that they never respond to emails.

If you do call, let us know the answer, would you? I have a few of those WS, and if I were to expand my Eldar I'd rather use them than the plastic kit. I think the FW ones look better.

I called them up for some vents for a Tyranid monstrosity I purchased from them, (2 sets of left-hand vents, instead of 1 left & 1 right). I got my replacements within a week.

Set your alarm, get up before 8 AM, and call. They're friendly, and it's not horribly expensive.
