I was told that if a vehicle moved then the models inside counted as moving, is this true?

If so, would a Relentless model be able to fire out if the vehicle moved?

Yes. As long as it only moved up to 6". I believe the wording is that if the vehicle moves <6", models can fire out of a fire point and count as moving. If the vehicle moves 6-12", no models may fire. So say you have a Relentless model in a Rhino. If it moves 6", the model can fire a Heavy Weapon out of a fire point.

So long as the vehicle did not move more than 6", after that guys inside can not shoot out.
