Update: I've finished most of the first Rhino. You detail-seeking people may notice the considerable gap between the plates in the front. There was a casting problem so that it wouldn't lie flat, I'm just glad its unnoticeable at range.

Why do the BTs have chaos packs?

The commissioner made a home-brew chapter, they're not really BT's that's just the scheme they use. They're representing an army on the very thin line between chaos and light.
