Does the imperium have names for the days of the week or the months of the year like we do today? I know of the imperium's fancy digital method of dating time (e.g08765.M40). What about individual planets? I'm assuming that "Sunday" would be emperor's day...

The Impierium does use what is called the Standard Year. (its a full year on Holy Terra, 365 1/4 rotations of Terra and one compleat revolution around Sol)

Not sure about Weeks and days. I imagine the names of months would be similer to what they are now. heck the Impierium is still calculating years from the birth of Christ

the current date in Impierial rekoning is M2.010.03.18, M3=third millenium, 010=10th year, 03=3rd month, 18 = 18 day
