Ok peeps I have never played eldar since a harliquin army was valid. I am taking part in a tourny in school (im a teacher) and i dont wanna KKKKblam the kids too bad so this is the list i came up with
farseer
doom
mind war
stones
10 avengers
5 avengers
10 banshees with exarch and executioner
wraith lord with star cannon
6harliquins with kisses and a leader
, dont have many figs for eldar, have more quins, avengers, and 10 scorpions, but 4 of the armys have power armour 1 is tau 1 is guard, and 1 is nids.
thought doom on big monsters then charge with quins for the win vs nids etc
same for big power armour squads but with banshees
avengers cause i have to have them and i hate guardians
not sure if im gonna roll over and die , or if i may kill to hard any thoughts accepted

With this list you are going to loose.
Drop the Banshees and take blade storming Dire Avengers.
Do you have access to Serpents?

Serpents=awesome against everything in AoBR including that multi-melta Dread.
I don't think you'll do too bad against beginner players at those points. There's only so much you can do against Harlequins at those points except maybe get lucky and have a round of rapid-fire before they charge. In that case they're dead.
Serpents for Banshees are really awesome actually. Also for the Avengers. Bladestorm does kill Marines, you just need Doom and 2 squads of 10 DA's to pull it off in one round.
I would take 10 Scorpions instead of Banshees because they're tougher and get to infiltrate nice and close. Distrations from Dire Avengers are nice.

Well, I'd take a Doomseer, 2x 10 Dire Avengers in Serpents, and add some HS units.

aye i like scorpions better as well. cheers for input , i tooled up the avengers a bit more, and swapped banshee for scorpions in the end. doom from the farseer seems to be the key to winning.

Doom is almost always helpful. I doubt at that cost you'll face mechanized armies that will effectively make doom useless for most of the game.
In low points, more troop heavy metagame, Dire Avenger bladestorm pretty much ends entire units.
If you took fortune/doom, the banshees are nice for owning marines. Doom counters the low strength, and they have higher speed than their scorpion counterparts. If you intend to move them through cover or infiltrate/outflank them, scorpions are good groundpounders.
