its a very tight list but for 1850 pts this seems it seems that you need a gazzy for the nobs and more troops. The lootas are doing nothing in this army type so drop them and add another squad of slugga boyz, and by taking gazzy you will need to drop 1 mek, with that giv all your rokkit kans KMB's. 1 mek should be enouth as your opponent wil care less about the far end cans and more on the nobs ohh and give the nobs a trukk.

I believe grot riggers are wasted on a vehicle squadron as well since they are destroyed on an immobilized result.

Lootas can work with a Kan list, giving it some long ranged capability until everything else can close for CC.
Nobs could probably be turned into something else, like some more Lootas.
It is a tight list you have here, minimizing KPs but going to take some pain before it closes with an opponent.

Don't give the Kans different weapons!
A grotzooka is crap against a vehicle, and shooting infantry with a Rokkit Launcha is inefficient!
Whats the point in giving them different weapons? In any shooting phase 1/3 of the squad is going to be wasting its killing potential. Make the kan mobs either anti-infantry with Grotzookas (6 S6 Blast templates is a great way to stomp whole units) or anti-tank (Rokkit Launchas, or KMBs if 2+ saves are going to be a major presence in the OpFor)

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

From my experience the nobz squad really shines with speed. Either giving them a battlewagon or sticking them on bikes. You will run into issues when playing them in more of a horde style army of actually getting them all into base to base contact (you have loads of boys that want to fight as well) or just having them not maneuverable enough. I would suggest making them a smaller kill squad on bikes and squeezing in at least 2 groups of lootas. The long range fire support is really crucial especially if you go against some guys with loads of templates and firepower (whirlwinds, devastator squads, basilisks, dark reapers) you will want be able to respond against them. Also, popping their transports is great and your able to charge right in and chop the contents into tiny bits. I've also found that 10 man squads of nobz can be real overkill in CC and they will murder a group just to be left getting shot up by your opponent because they are such a concentrated threat. If you keep them lean, they will be cheap, and probably do more damage relatively overall because your opponent will focus more on the larger threats in your 30 man boy squad.
