So since Blood Angels aren't out yet and I can't use the codex for this tournament I was wondering which one of these options people thought might be best. I'll start with the core of the army and then have 3 Blocks to choose from to see what people like the most.

Core of the Army:

Wolf Guard (10)-500
3xPA w/Combi-Melta
1xPA w/Combi-Flamer
2xTA w/WC and SS
1xTA w/Combi-Plasma
1xTA w/2 WC's
1xTA w/Cyclone
1xTA w/Cyclone and Chainfist
Razorback w/TL Assault Cannon

Grey Hunter (5)-120
Melta Gun, Razorback w/TL Heavy Bolter

Grey Hunter (5)-120
Melta Gun, Razorback w/TL Heavy Bolter

Grey Hunter (5)-120
Melta Gun, Razorback w/TL Heavy Bolter

Grey Hunter (5)-115
Flamer, Razorback w/TL Heavy Bolter

Long Fangs (6)-215
5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/TL Assault Cannon

Long Fangs (6)-215
5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/TL Assault Cannon

Pts:1405

Now for the options:
Option 1

Logan-275

2xLone Wolf-50
Frost Blade, Melta Bomb

Lone Wolf-45
Frost Blade

Long Fangs (6)-175
5 Multi-Melta, Drop Pod

Pts:595

Option 2

Rune Priest-100

2Lone Wolf-45
Frost Blade

Thunder Wolf Calvary-110
Thunder Hammer, Storm Shield

Thunder Wolf Calvary (1)-110
Thunder Hammer, Storm Shield

Long Fangs (6)-180
5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/TL Heavy Bolter

Pts:590

Option 3

Logan-275

Thunder Wolf Calvary-75
Power Fist

Thunder Wolf Calvary-75
Power Fist

Long Fangs (6)-175
5 Multi-Melta, Drop Pod

Pts:600 (I'd lose from points from the core

So which one do you guys like best. Remember that the Wolf Guard are troops if I've got Grimnar so if I take #2 I only have 4 troops.

I would go with option 3 the most...the Thunderowlf Cavalry will at least give you some movement and drop podding Multi Meltas just sounds fun.

Option 2, mainly because it doesn't have the Multi-Melta long fangs squad in it. Including Logan for relentless, that's a whole lot of points being dropped way over on the other side of the battlefield when the rest of your army wants to sit back and shoot.

You brighten my life like a polystyrene hat, but it melts in the sun like a life without love, and I've waited for you so I'll keep holding on without you.

Downunder

Option 2, the drop podded multi-melta long fangs and Logan are a lot of points being stuck in a gak-storm, while the rest of your army is unable to provide any sort of support.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...

Just to clarify they don't always drop into the backfield. It is strictly situational. Actually in most games I've had they deploy with the rest of the army and create a no go zone. Logan is then added to whichever squad he'll get the most out of. He also make the Wolf Guard troops giving me more scoring units. But I hear you guys. It's why I posted the second option
