Are Rune Priests' psychic shooting attacks independent from a pack's targets? i.e. Rune Priest uses living lightning at first enemy, then Long Fangs shoot at a 2nd enemy. Is this legal, or must the Rune Priest and Long Fangs pack attack the same target?

Normally, all of a squads shooting is done simultaneously and at the same target, whether it's psychic shooting or good ol' fashioned gun shooting. That being said, I have no experience with the units listed, so unless they have a special rule which explicitly says they can split fire in this way, they must follow the normal rules

1) ALl shooting from one unit must be at the same target
2) You CAN use the Long Fang special rule to have the priest (+any others you want) firing at one target while the rest of the unit fire at another target. This is because long fangs are special.

You can with Long Fangs, because Long Fangs are superspecialawesome.

With anything else, you may not, and have to target the same target as the rest of the pack.
