Jealous that Horus is Warmaster

Everything I've ever read says that if you cannot have 2 Fire Prism's don't take 1.

I'd give the Farseer both runes,
drop the Fire Prism, and
add 3 War Walker with shuricannons.

Correct you need to take a minimum of 2 Fire Prisms.

Personally I would drop the Brightlances to Scatter Lasers, drop one Dragon from each squad, drop holofields, and tack on another Fire Prism.

Brightlances are nice, but you have the firedragons for the heavy armor killer role.
Holofields are nice, but 2 Prisms is much better then a single with Holos.
6 Fire Dragons vs 5 won't be noticed. You'll find that Frie Dragons either do fantastic or make a giant failcake... no real inbetween.

I agree with BlueDagger, loose the bright lances for something else, and get a second fire prism for the higher fire power

Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.

Well, two Prisms or none.
If you aim for one Prism, better take 3 WW's with shuricannons.

Three War Walkers with dual shuricannons - 120 pts.
A real bargain.

You asked for options...
A single Prism might have some impact vs. hordes.
Otherwise, its impact is too low.

The Farseer needs runes of witnesses if you battle Nids.
Otherwise, you will have to roll 3D6 if within 12'' of a Hive Minded; see the Eldar FAQ's for clarification.
How about stones for Serpents?
A non-moving Serpent will be hit automatically. Ouch!

I think spamming two units plus a Prism doesn't take advantage of the capabilities of the Eldar list. Maybe try:

Autarch (Jetbike, Laser Lance, Mandiblasters)
Farseer (Jetbike, Runes of Witnessing, Runes of Warding, Spirit Stones, Doom, Fortune)

10 Dire Avengers (Exarch, 2x Shuriken Catapults, Bladestorm)
Wave Serpent (TL Brightlances)

10 Fire Dragons
Wave Serpent (TL Missile Launchers)

6 Guardian Jetbikes (2 Shuriken Cannons)
Jetbike Warlock (Enhance)

Falcon (Scatter Laser)

3 Vypers (one squadron, or 3 individual skimmers) (Scatter Laser)

6 Fire Dragons

Advantages:
- Autarch gives you the option of more reliable reserves should the mission call for it. Mechanised lists like this can better take advantage of reserves.
- Farseer on jetbike allows you to use Fortune and Doom more flexibly, instead of a foot Farseer riding with one transport.
- Jetbike squad + farseer/lock + Autarch gives you a squad with melee potential, able to rescue another of your units stuck in melee, able to assault a unit that is vulnerable to melee, and able to assault vehicles and still have a reasonably good shot at destroying them. Jetbikes could be taken as 2 squads of 3 if you wanted a third scoring unit.
- Vypers give you anti-horde ability from a greater range than flying up to them with Dire Avengers.
- One large unit of Dragons gives you the ability to also use them to destroy small units of heavy infantry. 6 Dragons is not really enough to cripple or wipe out a small Marine or Terminator unit in one turn, but 10 usually is. You also have 6 Dragons riding around in the Falcon as a dedicated tank hunter.
- Army consists of diverse units with multiple capabilities, rather than spam.

Disadvantages:
- Having jetbikes does theoretically give your opponent non-vehicle units to shoot at, but realistically you can avoid anti-infantry weapons fairly easily - stay out of range of basic weapons till you want to attack, use cover and turboboosting and Fortune to protect against long range anti-infantry weapons.
- Unimaginative players will mock you for not spamming.

The modifications I advised will give you enough points for that second prism. Other then that I'd advise dropping the prism and taking something else. Speaking from a LOT of practical experience with prisms, you will scatter so hard with one prism it'll make your head spin.

What about having 1 vindicator in the field when ur playing with CSM/SM? wouldnt that be same as having 1 prism in the field? Not much diffrent...(and yet prism would win against 1 vindicator easily)

People play one vindicator often in tournies?

Anyway, the point of 2 fire prisms is that they make each other more useful and accurate. The point of 2 vindis is making target prioritization harder for the opponent. No one is saying that if they shoot his 1 prism he's anti-tankless... he still has fire dragons. They're saying it's pointless to take one alone because those points could be better spent elsewhere.

If you refuse to get some walker or a second prism then get some Vypers. Dont know why you are gimping yourself deliberatly tho...
