I've been trying to unlock everything on this for a while now and I know that you have to beat the ghost data on the time trials by 7 seconds to unlock the expert ghost.
The only problem is, I don't know which tracks I've unlocked this for.

Is there any way of telling so I'm not wasting my time trying to do something I've already completed?

Go to Gamefaqs, it has a load of Lists which list the Expert Times.
