As a 40k playing dad of two small boys myself ( nine and five) I am loving this blog. They too have recently started taking the plunge into 40K with me and I look forward to comparing notes...

This thread continues to entertain.

Can't wait to see how that table progresses.

As far as kids and discipline, I know my youngest is really loving to "play warhammer with dad" at the moment,and it has become a good incentive to get him to do certain things or as is often the case with kids: stop doing certain things...

You definitely should read up.

I count 32 orks which at six points a pop is only 192pts before any upgrades.

A trukk and three koptas aren't 300pts.

I like the scheme. The contrast of the blue and metallics is eye-catching.
