I have a 1619 point space marine army and I don't know what I should get next. Should I get Vulkan Hestan as an HQ?
or a Venerable next?

What is better? I already have an HQ but I think I would need an other one.

Well it depends, if your trying to win games or just to build a army and have fun. If you want the current spamy flamers and meltas vulkan list go for him
and if you want the newest toy then go for the dread, but i cant really help if i dont know what exactly are you trying to get with vulkan or the dread
Mind telling us what kind of list your running or what your planning to do with them?
