Hello DakkaDakka!
I am not new to wargaming. I have had all the pieces to start a WHFB army for a while, but real life has been overwhelming. So I am slowly assembling my Orcs and Goblins army. Something about the greenskins just makes me smile. I have been doing a lot of looking at 40k recently. I know, I am not even done with one army and am already wanting to move on to the next one  . Though I like the WHFB Orcs, I must say that I do not like the minis for the 40k Orks. I am looking at either SM or CSM for 40k. Any thoughts or advice on that matter would be greatly appreciated. [I am reading through the Horus Heresy series right now and am very intrigued].
I am a school teacher, which is so exciting! I have a wife and a lovely daughter that occupy a lot of my time. I also farm. I raise animals for meat which is fantastic. Ummm...Can't think of a whole lot else to say here. Time to go to the Painting and Modelling forum with more questions.
